We use your information to deliver the Platform's services — generating quotes, building games, producing content, running marketing campaigns. We also use it to provide customer support, improve our services, send service announcements, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

3. AI Processing

Quote generation and content production rely on AI models. The scope text and reference materials you submit may be processed by these models to produce your itemized quote and final deliverables. Your project content is not used to train third-party models without your explicit consent.

4. Data Sharing

We share information only with: (a) service providers who help us operate the Platform (hosting, payment processing, email delivery), bound by confidentiality obligations; (b) authorities when required by law; (c) parties involved in a corporate transaction such as a merger or acquisition. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for advertising.

5. Data Retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal obligations. Quote submissions are kept for up to 24 months for service continuity. Project deliverables remain accessible to you for the life of your account.

Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA, and similar laws), you have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the processing of your personal information. You may also object to certain processing or withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us via the quote form. We will respond within 30 days.

We use industry-standard safeguards including TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work continuously to protect your data.

8. International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland.
